HR & Payroll Administrator (electronics)
He or she is responsible for processing the monthly outsourced payroll run and executing HR administrative processes. Monitors correct salary administration, according to all rules and regulations for international employees (150) as input for the outsourced payroll providers. Monitors the declaration of wage tax & social insurances. Acts as first point of contact for all employees with regards to salary, tax and benefits related questions. Keeps the payroll process up to date and initiates process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency. Checks the payroll submission. Ensures that all changes (mutations) to HR master data is accurate and made in accordance with proper authorization in a timely manner. Coordinates support for international employees with visa applications and tax returns and is the subject matter expert on these topics. Creates HR related purchase orders on a weekly basis and confirms invoices or creates accruals. Executes monthly and quarterly HR reports, including headcount, data submissions for insurances, and other reports as and when required.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration, and experience in an international payroll environment. Has a good knowledge of salary, taxation and social security rules and employee legislation. Has demonstrated administrative experience, with MS Office, Payroll/HRIS, Cezanne in particular. Perfect English skills (verbal and written). The ideal candidate has a proactive attitude, offering assistance even when not asked and initiating improvements. Is accurate, able to plan and organize own activities.
Offered is a permanent job (starting with a one year contract) within an international dynamic environment. Gross yearsalary 40k (OTE).

De Hr Officer werft en selecteert nieuwe medewerkers. Voert het personeelsbeleid uit. Is verantwoordelijk voor het arbo-beleid en de verzuimbeheersing en draagt zorg voor de personeelsadministratie. Geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd avies aan het MT over personeelsaangelegenheden. Hij of zij is verantwoordelijk voor het up to date houden en controleren van de salarisadministratie, het salarishuis en de functieschalen. Draagt zorg voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de financiële administratie, codeert en boekt inkoopfacturen, verzorgt maandelijkse belastingaangiftes en voert controles uit in het administratieve systeem. Stuurt de debiteuren- en crediteuren administratie aan (totaal drie medewerkers).
Geschikte kandidaten hebben een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding en een praktijkdiploma loonadministratie. Ten minste vijf jaar ervaring als HR officer in een middelgrote organisatie. Hij of zij heeft ruime ervaring met de controle op de loonadministratie en het voeren van een volledige grootboekadministratie en het maken van rapportages. Beschikt over goede communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden en werkt zelfstandig. Bezit goede analytische vaardigheden, heeft kennis van Excel, ICT en affiniteit met HR-registratie systemen. Is stressbestendig en vindt het prettig om in een dynamische omgeving werkzaam te zijn. Is een echte entrepreneur, hands-on en resultaatgericht, heeft een helikopterview, weet situaties goed in te schatten en de juiste prioriteiten te stellen zonder daarbij de details uit het oog te verliezen.
Geboden wordt een fulltime baan (te beginnen met een half jaar contract) in een dynamische omgeving. Bruto jaarsalaris €50.000,- exclusief bonus.

Compensation & Benefits Analyst (Europe)
The analyst will be part of the Comp & Ben Team covering the European region. Plays a central role in planning, advising and developing Compensation and Benefit initiatives for the Europe HR Management and C&B teams. He or she will focus mostly on benefits, the implementation of new and the revision of current packages. Will support compensation aspects as and when required. Undertakes market research, provides recommendations and coordinates the implementation of new or improved competitive benefits offered in the region for new and existing countries. The analyst ensures all benefits are current, accurate and inline with legal requirements. Assists with special projects as required, ie. new country implementation, regional roll-out of Global Benefits program.
Succesfull candidates have a thorough understanding of benefits legislation and compliance issues across European countries, as well as evaluating existing benefit plans. They have experience in researching and implementing benefits across several European countries. Experienced in working with survey providers for both benefits and compensation. The ideal candidate is autonomously and a teamworker with good analytical and influencing skills. Is a good organiser and has perfect oral and writing skills in English.

HR Business Partner EMEA
On behalf of an international electronics company pzSearch is URGENTLY looking for an HR business partner EMEA.
The HR BP provides HR advice and supports management and employees in Eastern Europe, the Middle-East, South-Africa and newly assigned countries, totalling approximately 100 employees. He or she acts as a partner to business management and helps the business in achieving its goals. Coordinates and participates in the recruitment and selection of new employees from coordinating local search agencies up to the job offer. Provides management support dealing with performance of employees and the annual appraisal process. Identifies individual education, training and development needs and puts these in practice. Assists management with reducing sick leave and other forms of absenteeism and provides support in case of long term illnesses. Prepares monthly and quarterly HR reports. The HR BP keeps up to date with all legal advances and provides expertise in cases of dispute in local jurisdictions, providing advice to the business and using locally established legal experts.
Travelling

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree in Human Resources and 3 years experience as Human Resources Advisor within an international sales and marketing environment. Excellent knowledge of (international) employee legislation and HR best practice in various areas. He or she is proactive, offers assistance even when not asked and initiating improvements. Is cultural and organisational sensitive. Has a good knowledge and understanding of different cultures and is open for new cultures. Is a good organiser and has perfect oral and writing skills in both Dutch and English.
